Absolvoval Fakultu hornictví, ekologie, řízení a geotechnologií na Technické univerzitě v Košicích – obor podzemní stavitelství ageotechnika. Od roku 2001 je zaměstnán ve firmě METROPROJEKT Praha a.s. Je autorizovaným inženýrem pro konstrukce inženýrských staveb v SKSI.
